You can't get more Canadian than pancakes. There are no empty calories in these flapjacks. A good source of fibre, they cook up in a snap and provide the pure goodness of Only Oats™ oat flour. All you need is the buttermilk and eggs... and of course, a drizzle of real Canadian maple syrup.

Ingredients

Whole oat flour, baking soda, sugar, salt

Cooking Directions

Mix 1 1/2 cups buttermilk and 1 egg with 1 1/2 cups Only Oats™ Whole Oat Pancake Mix. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan on medium heat until pancake is brown on both sides.

Top with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
