Quick Flakes can be used in:
Microwave: In a mug or bowl, mix 1/2 cup Only Oats™ quick flakes with 2/3 - 1 cup water (depending on desired thickness) and heat on high for 60 to 90 seconds. Stir and let stand.
Kettle: Place 1/2 cup Only Oats™ quick flakes in a bowl or mug and add 2/3 - 1 cup boiling water. Stir and let stand.
Stove-Top: In a saucepan, mix 1/2 cup Only Oats™ quick flakes with 2/3 - 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, stirring occasionally until desired consistency is achieved.
Enjoy quick flakes on their own or top with fresh fruit and yogurt to make a healthy breakfast.
