Ingredients

Quick oat flakes, flax, natural flavours, salt, sucralose, maltodextrin (derived from corn starch)

Cooking Directions

Enjoying Only Oats™ Breakfast Blend is as simple as 1-2!

Microwave: In a mug or bowl, mix 1/3 cup Only Oats™ breakfast blend with 2/3 cup water and heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and let stand.

Kettle: Place 1/3 cup Only Oats™ breakfast blend in a bowl or mug and add 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir, let stand 2 minutes and serve.

Stove-Top: In a saucepan, mix 1/3 cup Only Oats™ breakfast blend with 2/3 cup water and bring to a boil. Stir until thickened and serve.

Chef's Tip: Drizzle with a teaspoon of maple syrup.
